Formula & Method

Core equations: Operating cash flow: OCF = \text{Net Income} + \text{Depreciation} + \Delta WC where \Delta WC = -\Delta AR - \Delta\text{Inventory} + \Delta AP. Free cash flow: FCF = OCF - \text{CapEx} Inputs are applied in base units, then derived metrics are computed from the same equations and rounded for display.

Notation used in the formulas: R = Free Cash Flow; x_{1} = Net Income; x_{2} = Depreciation \& Amortization; x_{3} = Change in Accounts Receivable; x_{4} = Change in Inventory; x_{5} = Change in Accounts Payable; x_{6} = Capital Expenditures.
